1. Registration & Eligibility

To create an account at 55uubet and use its services, you must meet all eligibility requirements described below. 55uubet reserves the right to verify compliance with these conditions at any time, including after registration.

• Age requirement: The platform is exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. 55uubet employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request supporting documents whenever deemed necessary. • Brazilian residency: 55uubet's services are intended for users residing in Brazil. Access to the platform by users in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is the sole responsibility of the user.
• One account per person: Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is expressly prohibited, regardless of whether different CPFs, email addresses, or devices are used. Duplicate accounts that are identified will be closed and balances held.

3. Deposits

55uubet accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from accounts at banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. All amounts are processed in BRL (R$), with no currency conversion or exchange fees.

• Minimum deposit amount: R$ 20.00 per transaction, regardless of the method used.
• Account ownership: The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in the name of the 55uubet account holder. Deposits made using third-party methods may be held for verification.
• Pix credit timeframe: Funds are credited to the account within seconds of transaction confirmation by the banking system. For boleto payments, the process may take up to 2 business days after payment.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 55uubet are processed primarily via Pix, with a turnaround of up to 10 minutes after approval by the operations team, available 7 days a week including national holidays. For other methods, processing times vary as described below.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00 per request.
• Prior verification: Prior to the first withdrawal, 55uubet may request full KYC verification (identity documents and proof of address). This verification is a one-time process and protects users against unauthorized withdrawals.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals should preferably be made to the same method and account holder used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Timeframes by method: Pix — up to 10 minutes; TED bank transfer — up to 1 business day; boleto bancário — not available for withdrawals; credit card — up to 5 business days depending on the card issuer.
• Bonus balance: Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirements described in the bonuses section have been fully met. Real deposited funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.

• Rollover: Every bonus is subject to a rollover requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The rollover applicable to each bonus is clearly stated before activation.
• Usage period: Bonuses have an expiration date. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover has not been completed within the deadline will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

6. Sports Betting

• Bet confirmation: A bet is considered valid only after confirmation on the platform and receipt of the voucher containing the bet reference number. Bets without confirmation are not valid.
• Odds: The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that transaction. Subsequent fluctuations do not affect already confirmed bets, except in cases of pricing errors as described below.

• Parlay bets: Placing bets on events whose outcome is already known to the user at the time of the bet is strictly prohibited. Such bets will be voided regardless of the result.

11. Account Closure
